Software
To get started with Crypto RPMs, install the cryptorpms-release
RPM. This enables the cryptorpms
repository. It also installs the cryptorpms-test
repository, which contains packages being tested before release, and the cryptorpms-source
repository, which contains the source RPM packages.

Prerequisites
Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS systems have prerequisites before installation:
RHEL 8: The system must have an active entitlement from Red Hat, and the repositories BaseOS
and AppStream
must be enabled. In addition, EPEL must also be enabled.
CentOS 8: The repostories BaseOS
and AppStream
must be enabled.
RHEL 7: The system must have an active entitlement from Red Hat, and the channels base
and optional
must be enabled. In addition, EPEL must also be enabled.
CentOS 7: The repositories base
and extras
must be enabled.
Installation
To install cryptorpms-release, download and install the appropriate cryptorpms-release
package:
RHEL and CentOS: cryptorpms-release-1-1.noarch.rpm
Fedora: cryptorpms-release-1-1.noarch.rpm
Next Steps
After installing cryptorpms-release
, you can then install the cryptocurrency software you want. Crypto RPMs packages the following software:
